Plus Investors Plc is interested in helping to fund companies that are looking to obtain a PLUS Markets quotation, by way of participating in pre-IPO offerings and by committing to underwriting guarantees of early stage funding.
The Company will act as both a long-term and a short-term holder of such funded company's equities.
It will not look to participate in any way in the management of those investee companies and does not expect to be 'locked in' to such holdings.
It will, however, condition with those companies and their advisers that when it wishes to dispose of part or all of its holdings it will do so in an 'orderly market' manner.
