A key element in the Company’s strategy will be investment in private and early stage ahead of an early Admission of that company’s issued capital onto the PLUS Market. Such investments will be sought where an attractive capital gain and an early exit can be reasonably foreseen or created.
A secondary element in the Company’s strategy will be the inevitable accumulation of a portfolio of PLUS investments. In due course the Company could well be looking to acquire PLUS equities in exchange for the issue of its own equity.
It has to be understood that investing in this manner may prove highly speculative, especially in companies with unproven business or management. However, the Directors have a commitment to the early reduction of such speculative risks by looking to adopt a policy of sharing such investments with other investors at a par or at a premium to its own investment cost.
